The Neue Pinakothek exhibits approximately 450 works of art chosen from its collection of more than 4,000 paintings and 300 sculptures. You can see a selection of about 150 highlights here on our site.

Due to modernization measures in the Neue Pinakothek, individual gallery closings are expected until August 30, 2010.
Following rooms are currently closed:
Rooms 2, 3, 4:
until May, 28, 2010
Room 17:
June 25 until July 09, 2010
Room 15:
June 29 until July 09, 2010
Room 16:
June 30 until July 09, 2010
Rooms 18, 19, 20:
July 12 until August 09, 2010;

Some of the masterpieces are shown in room B (Manet, van Gogh, Gauguin, Monet)
Rooms 21, 21a, 22, 22a: August 09 until August 30, 2010; Some of the masterpieces will be shown in room B (Matisse, Picasso, Cézanne, Klimt, Schiele)
