As a prelude to the cooperation between the Ann and Jürgen Wilde Foundation and the Pinakothek der Moderne, this exhibition provides a look inside into the Foundation`s extensive and exceptional holdings. Series of works by photographers including Karl Blossfeldt, Aenne Biermann, Florence Henri, Germaine Krull, August Sander and Albert Renger-Patzsch are to be exhibited in this selection of seminal, avant-garde photographs from the 1920s and 30s. The exhibition is funded by the German Savings Banks Association (DSGV) and Bavarian Savings Banks Foundation, the Bayerische Sparkassenstiftung and Vestner Aufzüge.
